ANNA's Pediatric SIG Develops Assessment Tool for Pediatric Patients

ANNA’s Pediatric Special Interest Group (SIG) has developed a comprehensive interdisciplinary patient assessment tool designed for use with pediatric patients. According to the Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), facilities must complete a comprehensive interdisciplinary patient assessment on all new patients.
