Career Mobility Scholarship Application

Career Mobility Scholarships will be awarded annually to support qualified, certified individuals in continuing education and development or support of a program to improve patient outcomes in the health science field.

All application materials must be submitted and received by NNCC no later than November 30

Before beginning this application, please ensure that you have the following required documents ready to paste/attach/upload:

Essay of 250 words or less of career/education goals
Letter of acceptance from academic institution
Three letters of recommendation provided by the persons who can comment on applicant's ability, including one immediate supervisor or manager.

Must be a Certified Nephrology Nurse Practitioner (CNN-NP)
Accepted or enrolled in an accredited nursing doctoral program (DNP or PhD)
